Fee Structure
No Charges for Initial Quotes
A FEIN is payable at the moment of the deed. FEIN (Ficha Europea de Información Normalizada) is a personalized, specific information sheet outlining the basis of the loan offer. At signing, it is now a requirement the Notary checks the deed against the FEIN provided. The Notary is obliged to ensure what the borrower expects, is exactly what is in the deed. A FEIN is now the equivalent of what we understand in English as a lender’s Binding Offer and is time-limited.
